SCP2
ظاهر
پروتئین غیراختصاصی حملکنندهٔ چربی (انگلیسی: Non-specific lipid-transfer protein) که با نامهای دیگری همچون پروتئین شمارهٔ ۲ حملکنندهٔ استرول (SCP-2) و پروپانویل-کوآ سی-استیلترانفراز هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن ژن «SCP2» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
اهمیت بالینی
[ویرایش]این پروتئین به میزان فراوانی در اعضایی از بدن، که در سوختوساز چربی نقش دارند بیان میگردد و احتمالاً در بروز سندرم زلوگر هم نقش داشته باشد که در آن ساختِ اسیدهای صفراوی مختل است.[۶]
