GRIN1

گیرندهٔ گلوتامات [انامدیاِی]، زیرواحد زتا-۱ (انگلیسی: Glutamate [NMDA] receptor subunit zeta-1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «GRIN1» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
پروتئینی که توسط این ژن کُد میشود، زیرواحد مهمی از «گیرندههای انامدیای» است. این زیرواحدها با کمک هم، یک کانال یونی دریچه-لیگاندی ایجاد میکنند و نقش کلیدی در انعطافپذیری در سیناپسهایی دارند که در یادگیری و حافظه مؤثرند. این ژن اگزون دارد. به نظر میرسد عوامل خاص یاختهای در شکلگیری ایزوفرمهای مختلف این پروتئین نقش داشته و در بروز گوناگونی عملکردی زیرواحدهای آن دخیل هستند.[۵]
