GNA13
ظاهر
پروتئین متصلشونده به نوکلئوتید گوانین، زیرواحد آلفا-۱۳ (انگلیسی: Guanine nucleotide-binding protein subunit alpha-13) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «GNA13» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
این پروتئین با رادیکسین تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.[۶]
اهمیت بالینی
[ویرایش]جهشهای مکرر در این ژن را با بروز لنفوم بزرگ سلول بی منتشر مرتبط دانستهاند.[۷][۸]
