CD19

مجموعه تمایزی ۱۹ (انگلیسی: Cluster of Differentiation 19) یا بهاختصار «CD19» که به نام «آنتیژن CD19 لنفوسیت بی» هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CD19» کُد میشود.[۴][۵]
این مولکول پروتئینی در سطح لنفوسیتهای بی و «سلولهای دندریتی فولیکولار» یافت میشود و از آن در تشخیص لنفومهای سلول B استفاده میشود.[۶]
جهش در این پروتئین موجب بروز سندرمهای نقص ایمنی شدید میشود که مشخصهشان، کاهش تولید آنتیبادی است.[۷][۸]
