ظاهر
گیرنده مرگ ۳ (انگلیسی: Death receptor 3) که با نامهای DR3 و TNFRSF25 نیز شناخته میشود، یک گیرندهٔ سطح سلول از ابرخانواده گیرندههای فاکتور نکروز تومور است که در آپوپتوز و تمایز سلولی نقش دارد.[۴][۵][۶]
اهمیت بالینی
[ویرایش]آگونیستهای این گیرنده موجب تحریک لنفوسیتهای تی تنظیمکننده شده و با کاهش التهاب، میتوانند در درمان آسم، التهاب قرنیه و افزایش موفقیت پیوند آلوژنیک نقش داشته باشند.[۷][۸][۹]
