گیرنده لنفوتوکسین بتا (انگلیسی: Lymphotoxin beta receptor) که با نامهای اختصاری LTBR و CD18 هم شناخته میشود، یک گیرندههای سطح سلول برای لنفوتوکسین است که در رهاسازی سیتوکین و فرایند آپوپتوز نقش دارد.[۴][۵][۶] این پروتئین یکی از اعضای ابرخانواده گیرندههای فاکتور نکروز تومور است.
عملکرد[ویرایش]
این گیرنده در سطح بسیاری از سلولها از جمله سلولهای بافت پوششی و مغز استخوان (بهجز لنفوسیتهای تی و لنفوسیتهای بی) یافت میشود. این گیرنده در رهاسازی اینترلوکین ۸ و رشد و سازماندهی اندامهای ثانویهٔ لنفاوی و همچنین رهاسازی سیتوکینها نقش دارد..[۷]
تعاملات شیمیایی[ویرایش]
گیرنده لنفوتوکسین بتا با مولکولهای همولوگ DIABLO[۸] و TRAF3[۹][۱۰][۱۱] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
