فهرست قربانیان غرق‌شدگی

غرق شدن در آب یکی از کابوس های انسان است، که می توان آن را به عنوان دومین مرگ پر استرس (خفگی سختی که به طول می انجامد) نام برد.

هنگامی که آب وارد بینی می‌شود، یک سرفه آن را وارد حلق و سینوس‌ها می‌کند که به‌طور غریزی دهان هم باز می شود تا هوا وارد کند، اما از آنجا که هوایی وجود ندارد، آب وارد شش ها می‌شود و در نهایت؛ فرد، تحت فشار خفه میشود و جان خود را از دست می‌دهد.
