[[Abdul Qadir Kochi (Born: 1337, Behsud District, Nangarhar Province) Afghan politician and representative of the Kochi people of Afghanistan in the 15th term of the Volsi Jirga (House of Representatives) of Afghanistan.

Abdul Qadir Kochi, who is the son of Feroz Khan, is the grandson of Torah Baz Khan and belongs to the Ahmadzai tribe. He was born in 1328 in a pious family in Bahrabad village, Behsudo district, Nangarhar province.

Abdul Qadir Kochi's father late Firoz Khan was a famous person in the community and people from different provinces of the country used to go to him for meetings, interviews and consultations. Abdul Qadir Kochi, who grew up under the shadow and hand of late Feroze Khan, first started his own business and was engaged in his business for a long time. In the year 1358 AH, In 1371, he was appointed as the head of public works of Nangarhar province. When civil war started in the country, he was appointed as the head of the peace council by the political leaders of the country. He remained in this position until the arrival of the Taliban government. When the interim government was established under the leadership of Hamid Karzai in the year 1380, Abdul Qadir Kochi was the representative of the people of Nangarhar in the drafting of the constitution. Abdul Qadir Kochi in the year 1381 AH as the head of the nomads of the eastern zone And as a result of the parliamentary elections of the year 1384, he was elected as a member of the House of Representatives by winning many votes. He has worked tirelessly for his people during his five-year term as a lawyer. In the year 1389 A.H., Abdul Qadir Kochi once again won as a member of the Wolesi Jirga as a result of the elections of the Wolesi Jirga and was given a certificate of success by the Supreme Court of Afghanistan. In 1392, he was appointed by President Hamid Karzai as the Minister of Advisor to the President of the Republic. Then, in 1393 H.H., he was once again accepted by the President of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, in the same position. Until 1397 H.H., he gave useful and valuable advice to the President about the country's national interests and territorial integrity]] is.[۱]
