تام سورِل(متولد ۲۴ اکتبر ۱۹۵۱) فیلسوف و استاد دانشگاه کانادایی است که در انگلستان زندگی و تدریس می‌کنند. علایق فلسفی وی معرفت‌شناسی، فلسفهٔ علم، فلسفه‌های مدرن، اخلاق و فلسفهٔ سیاسی است. سورل همچنین در دانشگاه‌هایی چون اسکس و بیرمنگام تدریس کرده‌است.
