English: Coat of arms of Bilca, Suceava County, Romania.
Română: Stema comunei Bilca, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema comunei Bilca se compune dintr-un scut pe fond albastru. Scutul este încărcat cu doi pești diametral opuși, de argint, peștele din plan superior având capul orientat spre dreapta, iar cel din plan inferior având capul orientat spre stânga. Chef-ul scutului este micșorat, dințat, negru, cu trei lacrimi de argint. Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală cu un turn de argint.
Semnificațiile elementelor însumate: Propunerea de stemă a comunei Bilca asigură concordanța elementelor acesteia cu specificul economic, social, cultural și tradiția istorică ale comunei, respectând tradiția heraldică a acestei zone și legile științei heraldicii. Coroana murală cu un turn de argint semnifică faptul că așezarea este comună.

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
