All usage must display the phrase "Photo: Roar Johansen" in the immediate vicinity of the image. The word photo may be translated. This requirement also applies to any article in any Wikipedia project using this image. See this page for an example.

Image title You are free to apply any title or attach any caption you feel appropriate close to the photo, provided that 1) you also include the attribution text as described above, 2) you avoid using words that can be considered offensive.
